In addition to KU Talent Search/TRIO, the University of Kansas Achievement and Assessment Institute is proud to sponsor the following TRIO and Educational Opportunity Programs:

Educational Opportunity Centers
Assists adult learners with GED and postsecondary enrollment

GEAR UP
Creates and develops programming that will academically and financially prepare students for postsecondary education

Harvest of Hope
A pre-college, academic enrichment, and leadership development program for Kansas high school students from migrant farmwork backgrounds

Math & Science Center
College preparatory program for high school students that includes tutoring, campus visits, and a residential summer program on KU’s campus and this program focuses on strengthening high school academic achievement and provides exposure to math and science careers

McNair Scholars Program
Assists students from traditionally underrepresented populations prepare for graduate and doctoral studies

Student Support Services
Assists students in undergraduate programs at KU

Upward Bound
College preparatory program for high school students that includes tutoring, campus visits, and a residential summer
program on KU’s campus

Veterans Upward Bound
Provides U.S. veterans with resources to complete a GED or enter postsecondary education
